Full-width hero banner promoting seasonal collections, with quick access to every department from the top navigation.
The search box in the header is powered by Elasticsearch: as the customer types, it returns instant suggestions matching brand, model and product name, highlighting the searched term in each result.
A slide-out filter panel lets shoppers narrow results by brand, price range, category and more, with live result counts for each option.
Each product page includes a photo gallery, pricing with active discounts, financing plans, color and size variants, and an add-to-cart action.
The cart view and mini-cart dropdown let customers review items, adjust quantities, add protection plans and see the order subtotal at a glance.
Customers sign in with their ID card, RUC or passport number. Accounts are shared with the group's other stores, so existing customers don't need to register again. Sessions are secured with JWT tokens.
A guided sign-up flow validates the customer's identity document and asks for acceptance of the terms and the personal data policy before creating the account.
Before paying, customers choose to sign in, continue as a guest or create an account, while the order summary stays visible on the side.
Checkout is split into four guided steps: shipping or pickup, billing details, payment method and order summary, with savings and totals updated live on the side.
Customers choose home delivery, free in-store pickup or a courier agency. Provinces, cities and stores are loaded dynamically, and only areas covered by the courier are enabled.
Billing data is collected with the document type (ID card, passport or RUC) required for electronic invoicing, and saved to reuse in future purchases.
Customers pay with Sukasa direct credit or a credit/debit card, choosing the card brand, bank and number of installments before continuing to the secure payment gateway.
A dedicated contact page offers live chat and email support, keeping help just one click away from anywhere on the site.
The sticky header exposes every department at a glance, while the footer groups policies, corporate info and social links for easy access.
